2.1 WARRANTY

All TLZ products are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, when used for the purpose intended and under normal conditions.

This warranty covers any manufacturing fault. If you wish to make a warranty claim please email us pictures of the fault and proof of purchase.

We will arrange a solution for you as soon as humanly possible.

2.3 Your account

You are responsible for the maintenance of confidentiality of the password chosen by yourself when you register on this website and for restricting unauthorised access.

2.4 Placing an order

Our 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty

TLZ’s products are precisely tested to meet tight standards. If a problem was to occur with a any product as a direct result of a manufacturing defect, TLZ will, at its discretion either fix or replace the product. TLZ warranty applies only to the original purchaser or gift recipient of the product. 

Damage caused by misuse (including transportation of unusual cargo), neglect, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures or chemicals are not covered. Non-Warranty repairs may still be carried out*.

This warranty is intended to provide you with certain rights. Consumer rights vary from country to country and therefore the limitations laid out above may not apply directly to you.

All costs (including postage and packaging) in relation to getting your product back to our service centre in Dhaka, Bangladesh is your responsibility. Returning your product to you is ours.
